Tomislav has an extended experience in alpinism throughout the world. He has climbed Mont Blanc 5 times, Kilimanjaro (he was the first Macedonian to climb the Kilimanjaro by himself), he climbed the highest peaks in the Balkan countries as well as most of the mountains in Macedonia.
